Toi, mon bel inconnu,

Cet inconnu de ma jeunesse, 

Toi, mon bel inconnu de mon enfance,

Toi, qui a bercé toutes mes nuits,

Toutes mes pensées, tous mes rêves,

Sans jamais trouver ton visage.

Toi mon bel inconnu,

Arriveras- tu ?

Seras-tu là un jour ?

Seras-tu là, présent ?

Seras-tu là près de moi.

Mais, toi, mon bel inconnu, seras-tu là ?

Je te cherche,

Je te trouve,

Je ne sais plus,

Toi, mon bel inconnu de ma jeunesse,

Toi, mon bel inconnu de mon enfance.

Toi, mon bel inconnu,

Tant cherché,

Tant espéré,

Tant attendu.

Je t'ai trouvé, enfin un jour,

Sans avertir

Sans crier gare,

Tu es arrivé,

Tu m'as apparu,

Le visage rayonnant de ton sourire,
